So it was my first time at this particular location. It was a family dinner outing and surprisingly, everything went pretty smooth. Covid protocols were relaxed at this location so there was many people with no masks, no vaccination record checking and there was no social distancing between tables and that was the only reason that I gave this location a four star. It was really packed and busy. Staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. The food was really good. The burgers seem to be fresh and hand made. They don't use salt or pepper or any seasoning so you'll have to doctor the the burger the way you like it. The $5 Margarita was the best value on the menu and it was extremely delicio...
I like the Southwestern Grilled Chicken Salad and was pleased it was good as ever. My wife had the Cajun Chicken Pasta. Although she enjoyed the taste she said there was almost no spice. I tried it and agreed. Very little cajun seasoning made for a plain pasta dish. We ate at the bar and had fast service. It looked like there was only one waitress handling the dining area and she was very busy running around. So we were glad we ate in the bar.
What happened to this restaurant? I visited on a Saturday afternoon and there were only a few people inside. I ordered soup and salad, but it took the waitress more than 10 minutes to check on us. We waited and waited, and then she asked if we wanted dessert after we had asked for another drink. The service needs improvement - please train your employees better and be more efficient. It seems like the quality of this restaurant is declining.
Service was not terrific for our party of 12, and our server appeared inexperienced and struggled with our orders- some getting their food 20 minutes after others had already finished. My burger was charred around the edges and was too hard to chew and I struggled to hear my friends over the blasting televisions. The French fries were excellent!!Parking: Plenty of parking!

I visited Chili's on a Sunday afternoon to watch football, but had a negative experience with the manager. Her name was Megan and she made me feel uncomfortable by questioning my food order. She was constantly watching me all night for no apparent reason. As a fellow restaurant manager, I found this behavior unacceptable and will not be returning to this location.
The fajitas took a little long, but it was well worth the wait. The food was very good. We all enjoyed our meals from burgers to steak, but the chicken fajitas were soooo flavorful.
The food is always good, the service is usually decent. Sometimes a little slow or don't really come back to check on the table. All in all it's better than a lot of other places
Having lunch with my daughter and her boyfriend. I had the bacon rancher very good very filling we had a blast. Vacation here in LA Covina

Waited 50 min for food,drinks taste like fruit punch, no kind of service, all while the cook was dancing in the kitchen!!!SUCKED..
They had a lot of open tables, and they were still making everyone wait at the door. I'm not sure why.
