Chill-in Cafe Bistro

Sad to say this as the food has always been superb but hugely disappointing service. Ordered a jacket potato with coleslaw (along with food for the rest of my household that was delivered fine) and just had delivered a tub of coleslaw. The system their end just says coleslaw. I get this so agreed to wait for the rest to be delivered. Over 40 minutes later (everyone else had finished their food) a delivery driver called and started getting aggravated as he wanted to know my address. I told him and he said ‘but the postcode doesn’t work’ in a raised tone. I told him that I had just had an order delivered and maybe he could speak to them as I didn’t know where he was to direct him. He then star...

I really don't understand how this restaurant is still in business. The food is terrible and of very low quality; it's often cold and frequently arrives extremely late — if it doesn't arrive burnt. Everything tastes like plastic, and they often forget items from your order. When you ask for the missing items, they won't return because you'd have to pay for another delivery. If you're okay with your milkshake tasting like mold, then go ahead and order from here, but I definitely won't be coming back. I wish I could give it zero stars, but there's no option for that. The service was absolutely terrible. This evening, we ordered three beef lasagnas, but when we started to serve them, we realized they were actually spinach and ricotta lasagnas. My partner called to report the mistake and was told, "We ran out of beef lasagnas, so we sent you these instead." I'm at a loss for words regarding their audacity! Service: Delivery.

Bring back wimpy , went for lunch here today awful service had to go up to til to make order but wait for owner to finish a social before I could order. Ordered a panini and jacket potato, potato was find but the panini look like it had been swimming in the stour soggy. I ordered 3 baguette's and they took just under 2hrs to be delivered. After 90 mins of waiting I was rudely told they were busy and I would have to wait. I o ly wish the wait had been worth it!! Literally NO FILLING at all and next to no test. POOR FOOD TERRIBLE SERVICE AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Good food but have to say delivery is poor. Ordered via just eat and was told 5:45 delivery. Still waiting at 6:20.
