I want to start by saying that while the atmosphere and service at Chilosos were satisfactory, the food was, regrettably, the worst Tex-Mex/Mexican cuisine I have ever encountered. We ordered a range of shared dishes, including chicken enchiladas, beef fajita quesadillas, and picadillo tacos. The enchiladas were somewhat passable, but the beef in the quesadillas was excessively tough. The picadillo tacos were also a letdown, as the beef was cooked to a medium to medium-well doneness, which my 9-year-old found unappetizing. Ultimately, I left feeling very disappointed. That said, you will never know until you give it a shot, and I hope this review provides some insight for those considering t...

We've ordered from Chilosos three times, and unfortunately, two of those orders were incorrect, despite being quite straightforward. For instance, I requested sausage and cheese but received potato and cheese instead. Additionally, one of the tacos had the ingredients smeared all over the outside of the tortilla and stuck inside the wrapper, making it difficult to eat. As if that wasn't enough, our last couple of orders took an extra 15 minutes beyond the estimated wait time. I did enjoy my meal on the one occasion it was prepared correctly, but overall, I've been more disappointed than satisfied. Regrettably, I won't be coming back; the restaurant has a lot of potential, but it seems poorly...

OK let me upfront say the place and the service was acceptable. The food on the other hand? Was literally the worst Tex Mex/ Mexican food I?ve ever had. We ordered several things to share and try different things. Chicken enchilada, beef fajitaquesadilla, and picadillo tacos. The enchiladas were almost ok. The fajita meat in the quesadillas was tough, really tough. ThePicadillo tacos beef was cooked to about medium to medium well which was a no go for my 9 year old. Overall extremelydisappointed? But you never know till you try it and I tried it and hopefully this helps other people looking at this location.

We have ordered here 3 times. They have messed up the order 2 out of 3 times despite being very basic order (ordered sausage and cheese, received potato and cheese etc. . We also received a taco with ingredients smothered all over the outside of thetortilla but inside the wrapper making impossible to eat. To top that off they took 15 minutes longer than they said the lastcouple of times. I actually liked my order the one time they got it correct, but it disappointed more often than not. Won?t begoing back unfortunately, lots of potential but poorly run. Reserva una mesa ahora

Chilosos has expanded since my last visit, adding much-needed space with several tables and charming decor. The tacos are large and fresh—I tried the bacon with egg and the Chapel Hill sausage with egg. The fresh-squeezed orange juice was tasty; I enjoyed the pulp, though it could have been colder. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the place was quite busy, so business must be good. One suggestion: they should invest in better napkins, as the thin, crumbly ones they use are only good for a single wipe. The total for two people was $21.65.

They?ve expanded since my last visit! Much need space added with multiple tables and cute decor. The tacos are big and fresh. I had one bacon with egg and another Chappel Hill sausage with egg. The fresh squeezed orange juice is good. I like the pulp, butit needed to be colder. Atmosphere is nice and business must be good because they were pretty busy. They could stand to investin better napkins. They had those crumby thin ones that are good for one wipe. $21.65 for 2 to dine.

I liked this little counter service place dealing tacos and plates such as the pictured carne guisada. Chips and corn tortillas are freshly made in house as far as I can tell and the meat was tender, well seasoned without a hint of gristle to be found. Place was clean, well lit and had several tv tuned in to sport options of the day. Can't wait till I'm in the area again so I can try out other menu options. The tortilla was worth it alone!

Stopped for breakfast while heading out of town. Their food is great. The homemade tortillas are thick. Fresh, and filling. I tried their Chorizo and Egg taco on flour and the Egg and Chapple Hill with cheese. The eggs are well made. The chorizo is delicious and well seasoned. And you can never go wrong with Chapple Hill sausage with eggs! Reserva una mesa ahora

Waited over an hour for this breakfast dine in. Place was not even that busy, kept asking cashier about the food and didn?t give me a reason she just said ?let me check with kitchen? and leave. Place takes priority on take out which I noticed because I wasskipped to get my order in a timely manner.
