I stayed at the Hampton Inn next door for a week and visited this Starbucks every morning. The service always impressed me, and the staff were very delightful. They definitely deserve a five-star rating without a doubt. There were a couple of times when my friends wanted to customize their drinks, but the options weren't available on the app. I placed the order and let the staff know about our requirements. They immediately took action to make sure our drinks were made correctly, even when there were long lines or mobile orders to fulfill.
I have bought Flat White at more than 20 different Starbucks locations and the Flat White at this location is very watered or milked down. 2nd time bought at this store. Thought first one was just a mistake. Supervisor kept making excuses when I called to advise (was a delivery order) and I asked her to have one made for her and she would see the problem. She ignored that and finally she said I was the only one to complain and then I heard her laughing. I said my goodbyes.
The restaurant was surprisingly not very crowded. The service and drinks were typical for Starbucks. It was convenient to have USB ports at the bench seating. However, there could have been more charging stations at the tables. The benches were crowded even though there were only 5 of us there. The customers were friendly, nice, and even funny - perhaps due to the holiday cheer.
Ok so I just left this Starbucks and both employees were so awesome!!! 350pm rt b4 I start my shift I went inside and ask for my drink then ask the barista a question on where she got something and she said there but they were out and guess what she did gave me hers ??? bless her thank

Always friendly people working. Always acknowledge you’re there and let you know if it’s going to take a few minutes longer than expected.
They never fail to make my matcha tea latte just as how I like it. It’s delicious every single time the employees are also nice :

It's Starbucks! You either love it or hate it. The service here is not the best. One barista is rude.
