The egg foo young was very disappointing. The gravy was bland and tasteless, and it had a burnt flavor from recycled oil. The fried chicken wings also tasted like old oil, although they were decent. The chicken and broccoli dish was okay, but it too had a reused grease taste. I was not a fan of the dumplings or egg rolls due to the chicken filling, which was dry and tough. I would have preferred beef instead. On the bright side, the fried rice and lo mein were fresh and tasty.
The food at this restaurant was incredibly delicious and reasonably priced. Although there was a bit of a wait, I felt it was worth it. The restaurant has been in business for years, offering various vegetarian options such as vegetable fried rice instead of chicken fried rice with my combo. Additionally, it is Halal for those who do not eat pork.
