Food with minimal protein and excessive sugar (Don't get the brisket; it's overly sweet). The server rushes you and is careless. He shows his frustration with these big, clunky movements. I used to come here for a well-nutritionally balanced meal. Both times I've been here, there has been so little protein that even double protein doesn't fix it, just like the previous reviewer said. This is not a place for a nutritionally balanced meal. Come here for a carb-heavy meal if you like that.
Chipotle has really deteriorated recently. The rice is often hard and appears undercooked. The guacamole and lettuce were both brown, and the chips were stale. This location used to be excellent, but it has rapidly declined. To make things worse, the ice was dirty, with debris floating in my water. As an unwanted surprise during this visit, I even discovered a mysterious bug on the lettuce, which I took a picture of!
This chipotle is always lacking. The employees are just walking around the back while there?s a line to the door during through put, the time when you?re supposed to get as many people through as possible. Complete lack of urgency. Constantly under prepping as well, always running out of items by the end of the day. Pretty despicable to be honest. I?ll be going to qdoba from now on. Much better service there.
At 5PM on a Sunday, the nearly empty restaurant was filthy! We found 1 of 2 tables that did not have debris on it, but the chair was dirty. The floors were a mess as well Food was good, employees were nice enough, but one's uniform was filthy as well. We wondered if there was a manager on site. We will not return to this restaurant. If I was rating this location based on in person ordering alone, it would get a 5. But ordering through the app sucks. I don't know why they give you the option to customize your order in the app (light rice, extra beans, etc) when they ALWAYS ignore those instructions anyways.
