The employees at Chipotle don't greet customers, which is quite disappointing. When I order ahead, I find myself waiting at the pickup area while multiple staff members pass by without acknowledging me. It's concerning that only the team packing orders seems to ask for names for pickups, as their backs are often turned to the food and screens. I've also noticed delivery drivers from services like UberEats and DoorDash receiving the same lack of attention. From my experience in the restaurant industry, it's vital for staff to be trained to work as a cohesive team. Employees do not greet you. When I order ahead, I'll be standing there at the pick up and 3 employees will pass me as if I am not there. The people that are packing the orders should not be the only ones to ask for a name for the pick up orders (their backs are always turned to the food/screen). Also, I've seen a driver for Ubereats/Doordash get the same treatment. In the restaurant industry, which I have worked, the employees need to be trained to work as a team. Everyone greets everyone just because you're designated to a position, you're serving the people that are walking in or cooking in the back, you should still greet everyone. I had a disappointing experience at the Chipotle on Route 17 South in Paramus, NJ. We dine out often, and this location used to be one of our favorites. I understand that staffing issues can occur, but the food should at least be visually appealing. If a customer needs to return an item, it should be handled appropriately. I rarely send food back, but it seems we're often missing something. Thankfully, they have typically addressed the issue quickly by either remaking the dish or providing the missing items. However, after this experience, I don't think I'll be coming back. The picture shows what are supposed to be tacos, but they certainly don't look appetizing.

I didn’t receive the extra rice and beans I ordered, even though there was plenty of space in my bowl since there was only one other topping. The restaurant wasn’t busy, so I’m unsure why my additional requests weren’t fulfilled. Additionally, I was given half an avocado instead of guacamole. This is the second issue I’ve encountered with Chipotle in less than 24 hours at a different location. Although customer service resolved my issue, it’s frustrating that I had to reach out for help in the first place. This location was unorganized starting with trying to get into the parking lot. I went inside and people are just standing round. I place my order to be picked up at 6:15 pm, because it was so hard to get into the parking lot because it was blocked by the drive-through, I was 20 minutes late and my food was still not on the pickup shelf. I finally came out 25 mins after scheduled pickup. When I took my food home it was crushed and looked like this.. nothing pleasing about this experience and there was barely any steak in my bowl. NOT WORTH IT. Try another location or another franchise.

The Route 17 S. in Paramus, NJ location is terrible. We eat out a lot and this Chipotle used to be good! I know staffing issues are a problem. But food should look edible. And if the customer brings it back the problem should be fixed. I RARELY bring foodback. We are usually missing something. Whatever the problem is is always fixed right away. They either remake the item or addwhats missing. Never again. the picture is suppose to be tacos

I had one of the worst delivery meals ever from this restaurant. This was my second experience with this location, and once again, I received the wrong order. Everything was ice cold, and not a single item was correct. I definitely would not recommend this place.

I had a really negative experience at this restaurant. I ordered chicken quesadillas, but they surprisingly sent me beans and rice instead. This is the second time they've gotten my order wrong. I suggest giving this place a pass. Reserva una mesa ahora

I had my first experience at Chipotle and was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. The chicken bowl was enormous, nearly enough for two meals, and it was delicious. The iced tea was excellent as well!
