I frequent this Chipotle location quite often. While some employees could improve their attitudes, there is one standout staff member who always brightens my experience. Roxy consistently demonstrates a fantastic attitude and is incredibly friendly. She never hesitates to accommodate my requests, whether it's placing my salsa or sour cream on the side. Roxy truly deserves to be named Employee of the Year; she enhances the overall experience when I pick up my order. If all employees treated customers like Roxy does, this Chipotle would have an extraordinary team. I believe Roxy would make an exceptional trainer, helping others learn how to provide amazing service.
Only my 11 and 16-year-olds wanted Chipotle. I had just enough time to pay, and yikes! The food counter was quite unhelpful. My kids wanted to share a double order (which would have meant spending more) but their requests were completely ignored! I didn’t realize this until we got back to the car. I even tipped well, thinking that might help; the cashier smiled, thanked us, and asked if he could assist with anything else. At least he deserved the tip! Now I understand why I haven’t been eager to go back.
Absolutely terrible experience. They duplicated the burritos in our order, and I didn’t receive the one I requested. This is a major mistake and completely unacceptable. The staff clearly lacks competence. I can’t believe this happened. I was really looking forward to enjoying my burrito, but instead, I ended up with something completely different. This has to be the worst Chipotle I’ve been to. I'm really frustrated.
I'm a tall big guy about 250 pounds 6' 2 Every time I go to get take out At this location I order a bowl or a burrito they always give me a small portion of meat to where I have to order extra meat But there could be a person behind me not quite as big as me and they give them an extremely large portion of meat I can't understand it Am I being judged for my appetite on my size

The Carnitas Burrito bowl is excellent. Meat is delicious, moist and not fat. Some of the other meats are dry. I like the cauliflower, which is well seasoned. Add black bean and corn and you have a healthy, delicious lunch. I have ordered this item several times and every time is excellent.
The service was a bit slow due to a few large orders, possibly from Uber Eats. However, the young staff worked as quickly as they could while still assisting customers in line. They remained calm and collected, clearly functioning as a team. They did an excellent job! Two thumbs up!
Great food! Current staff could be a little bit more friendly and customer-service oriented. Loved that they have healthier drink options with turmeric and cardamom now. (That being said, the Orange drink still looks like an unnatural orange. Hopefullyno dyes are in these.

The atmosphere is lovely, and the guests are friendly, but the portion sizes are small, just like at Chipotle.
It gets the job done and the hot sauce cleans you out quick... Good luck.
