Not one table was wiped, there was garbage all over the floor, every trash can was overflowing, only a couple of the soda selections were working and those that did work didn't taste right, none of the teas or lemonade dispensers (4 of them) had anything in them and hadn't been cleaned in awhile, you can't order in person you have to order on the app, I counted maybe 10 pieces of meat in my bowl and my wife's bowl was the same, we also had ordered our bowls with fajitas and there were no fajitas in the bowls- I asked and the worker said they didn't have fajitas so I couldn't have any... ATTENTION OWNER. Please visit your restaurant once in a while or rent at least responsible managers. This place is not evil. Let us start with the soils; Napkins, toilet paper, food and other garbage is on the floor. All the tables were dirty. ALL. I have a photo of some. Outside garbage buckets were missing, Specialty Drinks were out, Fajita Veggies was out, chicken was burned to the point, it was not etchable. At the checkout, they attempted to charge me for the previous customer's order. The fountain drink area was dirty and unkempt, with all four napkin holders empty. Instead of napkins, there was just an open bag on top for grabbing. The ice and soda machine was continuously leaking water, and many of the other fountain drinks were dirty and empty.
The trash bins were overflowing, the stainless steel counter was dirty, and the floor felt muddy and unpleasant. There was a spill on the floor with just a stack of napkins placed on top of it. This location has been a complete disappointment for months. There is almost always a 20-30 minute wait past my promised time for pick up for my food. I have also had my last 4 orders prepared incorrectly. There was even one night that there was only one employee running the entire restaurant and they were out of 4 ingredients. That is completely unacceptable. Nobody should have to go through that level of stress that I?m sure that one poor employee was going through for a low wage job. The staff appeared lethargic, moving like sleepwalkers, and many seemed lost in thought. This is incredibly embarrassing for a large company like yours. I have always loved Chipotle, but this experience has changed my perception entirely. Customer service was non-existent. It’s essential to value your customers, as they are what keep your business afloat. With so much competition around, it baffles me why this location is not taking its responsibilities seriously. On a Sunday around lunchtime, the service was impressively quick! My wife and I barely had to wait before we could place our orders. The staff ensured we received everything we wanted exactly as we requested. They were very polite and respectful. The dining room was not overly crowded, and it was clean and well-organized. We will definitely come back in the future.
