The service was fine—neither particularly friendly nor rude—but I try not to judge staff on a single experience, so I don’t want to say too much about that.
When their food is prepared well, it can be great; however, my experiences have been hit or miss. The rice is often undercooked and crunchy, the portions are inconsistent, and I've even found pieces of chicken in my vegetarian dishes. At that point, I simply throw it all away. I'm done wasting my money here.
Regarding vegetarian options, they do offer a good variety, but you might be lucky to avoid finding chicken in your meal.
After my trip to Lowe's, I returned to Chipotle to see if she was still there. When I arrived, I noticed one of the workers getting into an Uber. I asked her if she had ordered the ride for the lady, and she confirmed that she did. I offered to help cover the cost, but the worker kindly refused, saying, “Everything’s fine; it’s the holidays.” I insisted, wanting to help, but she shook her head with a smile and said, “No, no,” before returning to her duties. I was truly touched by the kindness of this generous young woman at the Havertown Chipotle.
The staff seemed disinterested, and the mood was grim—one customer ahead of me was also frustrated because the employee preparing his two wraps was putting very little food inside, despite having to give him repeated instructions.
All in all, I will not be returning to this location, even though it’s closer to me. I’d prefer to go to the Baltimore Pike location where the staff is friendlier and the food quality is better—no dried-out food sitting around and not being restocked.
The staff at this restaurant is very helpful and knowledgeable, guiding you through the process of selecting and putting together your vegan meal options. This Mexican-style chain features vegan tofu, rice, beans, sautéed vegetables, salsas, and more. Even the chips are suitable for vegans.

How many 1 star reviews will it take for the owner to actually do something about this place? Worst chipotle in the Delco area but still leaves automated messages for the negative reviews. The fish rots from the head down and it clearly shows at this location

The girl was so rude i left. She was on the phone and rolled her eyes and WALKED AWAY when i ordered… i work food service so i’m nice even when people are rude bc i get it but it was unbelievable.
I used the app for a mobile pickup and they forgot several ingredients in my order but still charged me. There was no salsa, hardly any cheese, and barely any meat.

I was hesitant about trying something new or having a negative experience, but I was happily surprised. There's still room for me to improve as well.
Only filled my queso LESS than the halfway point in the cup. Never happened to me in the 400+ times I've ordered elsewhere
