Chipotle Mexican Grill

Terrible customer service. Takes only cash, you 'd think they 'd solve this problem after a couple months. Dirty facility and I waited in an empty line for about 10 minutes before a service rep came to serve me. I watched this boy take his time with putting on his gloves and walking over to me just to ask what do you want . The people who work there give the impression that they don 't want to work. If I could give 0 stars I would , they should just close down this branch.

I've been to Chipotle in several states, and the service I've experienced has been quite inconsistent. It makes me wonder if the company culture needs some attention. It's not uncommon for someone to have a bad day during my visits. I try to overlook it, but the limited vegetarian options make it difficult for me to want to return. The portions are small, customer service is lacking, and the food is just mediocre. I would recommend avoiding this place.

The outdoor seating was nice, but it was freezing inside due to the air conditioning. The overall organization of the place was lacking—perhaps they should consider pausing online orders during peak hours? As for vegetarian options, they offer rice, beans, and a sweet corn salsa. The kid-friendliness is comparable to any other Chipotle restaurant. Parking is available outside, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible.

Chipolte is one of my go to dinner or lunch spots. Everything is delicious. I usually get a bowl though. The guac is some of the best guac I have ever had. Their meet is delicious and seasoned so well. Employees are friendly. Lines are efficient and although it can be crowded moves fast. Very Slow service. It’s been like this for some time. They can’t figure out how to manage online plus in store orders. It took over 30 mins to even get to the front with maybe 7-8 people in front. Slowest service of any chipotle that I’ve been to. If you come, you should go during off peak hours like 2-4pm

I work as a door dasher, and I won't be picking up orders from Chipotle anymore. Their service is unprofessional, and when I had a simple question, they didn't acknowledge me. It took them 30 minutes to complete my DoorDash order, which is far too long.

Every time I go to this chipotle there is an issue. Food under cooked, cash only because machines aren’t working, online orders only due to staffing, no quesadillas because machine isn’t working, thrown together burritos. Literally always something

They are probably understaffed because I see new people every week, but it’s kinda rough. I never order online because they never get it right, so only order in person. They are all friendly and respectful, but this chipotle needs help…lol. Reserva una mesa ahora

the only reason why she gets 2 stars because the cook cook the meat well, but the way that eat is joined together is terrible, burritos rolled sideways and more cheese than rice

Food was half an hour late for pickup, and the lid wasn't pressed down enough so when I took the bowl out of the bag it spilled juices on my carseat.
