Chipotle Mexican Grill

Not only was my order wrong, but I was up charged and there was a LONG strain of hair in it. The whole establishment was discombobulated and disgustingly dirty. Once I was given my refund, the manger( a short Hispanic lady) gave me the wrong change, when I asked for my correct change; instead of quickly giving it to me she ignored me, closed the register began doing online orders. I then asked the next worker, whom stated only the manager could give me the correct change. The manger was extremely rude, she finally gave me my change after finishing the online order.. The food is good and the staff is friendly. There are inconveniences when it comes to how much rice is given per bowl. Sometimes it is enough for the meal, and other times I hardly get the bottom of the bowl covered with rice. This location also has people who often block the entrance of the building with their parked cars. The parking lot can really be anger during peak hours because this.

The staff are so unbelievably rude!! The have the worst attitude ever!! They roll their eyes and when I talk they are annoyed and act like I’m stupid. They are very disrespectful. Also they are very slow when making orders. Food is good, but there is always a piece of corn, or lettuce in the rice or cheese. Also rice is never fresh and is always hard. Pancheros is much better!!
