Clydz - Reserva de mesa

We went there on a Thursday evening around 8:30 pm. Parking was very difficult to find. I ended up parking in a lot a few blocks away. I entered into the bar and had to look around to find the dining room. When we first got to the dining room, there was no one available to seat us. We had the alligator in a blanket as an appetizer. It was well presented and tasty. My wife got the duck breast which she enjoyed. I got the short rib which was very large as the menu stated. We had the chocolate cake with vanilla gelato. It was a large piece of very tasty cake. When we left, the bar area was crowded and it was difficult to get through the crowd to exit.

Excellent meal and excellent service. We started with the house made ricotta, the mussels and the alligator pigs in a blanket (an ode to the old menu). Our entrees included the duck breast, arctic char, hanger steak and short ribs. All were well prepared to proper temperatures. The dishes were well constructed, with interesting side dishes and stunning presentations. The Apple empanadas a la mode was a great way to close. Altogether an excellent experience that we will repeat.

We had a pre-show dinner at Clydz last Thurs. It was very nice. Our server could not have been better. She was outstanding. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. They didn’t serve bread with our meals, but we asked she got it on the table quickly warm. Try the butterscotch dessert. That was very good. The sole special was really just ok very small portions for the price. The dinner was a little expensive overall, but it was the friendly staff that really made our evening there.

Drove an hour to get there and then when we went to put our dinner order in our waitress came back and said that the kitchen stopped taking dinner orders at 10:00. It was 10:02 when we put our order in. Understand the strict time for dinner, just wish it was communicated from the wait staff. Bar menu was good but was looking forward to trying the dinner menu. great waitress and overall service! didn't like the two drinks I ordered, prime rib was mostly fat, but calamari, steak and bolognese dish were great! burrata was not liquidy but rather like soft white cheese. Nice ambiance, dim lights. very expensive, $250 for three people.

the service, the ambiente, the dinner and the martinis were fantastic at the silvester. brian was a very attentive and friendly server. I look forward to a return visit sometime soon.

Food choices were very limited. Food did not taste great. No free water , or bread were offered.

Cozy atmosphere, food very good with perfect sized portions. Service was friendly.
