One employee significantly impacted my experience negatively. I noticed that my bowl was prepared without much thought; the worker carelessly scooped rice, beans, meats, and toppings, resulting in a very unsatisfactory dish. I have already stopped ordering online because my bowls have often looked like the disappointing one I received today. I was genuinely unhappy with how it turned out. A family member who was also served by this employee witnessed her spill guacamole onto the lettuce and then shushed my family member, which was quite unprofessional. I don’t know why I keep trying different chipotle’s, they are always disappointing. We ordered online pick up and they made me a bowl instead of a burrito and when we asked for them to fix it they were super mad about it. Even with the burrito freshly made it was still cold and poorly made. Food is not fresh. I always order the vinaigrette on the side and it was $1.50 at this place. I am happy at least they had it because normally they don’t at other locations. It helped drown out the cold poor taste. Thought I would give a new location a try but again disappointed.
I’ve been to this chipotle a few times. Food is good (avocado can be better), service is not bad, always friendly and I never had any issues. The only thing I dont like is that is not clean. The tables super sticky or not enough forks, or the bathroom is dirty. I think one person should go and clean up the place that will make things better. Also some other locations clean up when they are serving the food and in here it looks messy. I get it they don’t get paid enough but pay them better so they can do a better job and have a happier team.
This restaurant is a bit hit-or-miss, but the food is generally good. On the downside, they tend to lock the doors early, the portion sizes could be larger, customer service needs improvement, it can get quite messy at times, and the online takeout prioritization can be frustrating. I rated it 3 out of 5 stars because when the food is good, that’s what matters most to me. However, there have been occasions when the chicken was burnt, which was disappointing.

Dry Carnitas, loud music from the kitchen that drowned out the lobby music (gotta listen to both Mexican music and Anaconda Ave Nikki Minaj at the same time) credit cards were down, long line if online orders before we could order... I swear the only bad reviews I have on Google are from different Chipotles. I really need to stop giving them chances to have a consistent product. Find a Qdoba and enjoy the free queso and guac...
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The food was completely soaked in lemon, and I want a refund. I ended up tossing the entire meal because I couldn't drive back to return it, and even if I had, everything was so lemony that it would have all tasted the same. I really want a refund or some sort of compensation. The app wouldn't let me reach anyone for assistance with the refund.
Charged me for salsa I got on the side instead of on my Barreto and we absolutely filthy! Nasty food everywhere. And there wasn't a line, plenty of time to wipe up your counter! Will never be going back to this location! Gross!

She didn't get my vinaigrette in the bag, and that lime she gave me is old.My salad boul was good.
