Wow this place has gone downhill. I remember when this was one of the only Chipotle's in the suburbs, now it has been reduced to a complete dump of incompetent employees who seemingly have no training at all or just don't care. Dined in recently and had to wait 20 minutes to get one bowl, with only about 3 or 4 people in front of me. The lady at the start of the line was actually working hard, but everyone else was doing absolutely nothing. The guy who i presume was the manager on duty was standing and talking/joking with the cashier the entire time the line backed up instead of helping the guy on the salsas who was clearly a new employee. Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Slower than molasses in service with only four customers present. The portions were small and I complained. They acted surprised and shocked when they wanted to charge me extra for the chicken portion when it was already less than a two tablespoons. You could tell they all didn’t know what to do. Chipotle was always ‘a given’ for a nice place with good food, but I see the chain is declining within Central Minnesota. Parking was also a nightmare on a Wednesday evening at 8 p.m. due to the crowded business district. I really wish I had read the reviews before visiting this restaurant. They all seem to be accurate, and if you're considering going here, I'd recommend choosing a different Chipotle location instead. The employee at the front was helpful, but the overall experience was disappointing. The lettuce was definitely not fresh—definitely not even close. None of the tables were clean, and the portion sizes were inadequate. Our burrito was less than half the size it should have been. The chips were so stale that I seriously wondered how many weeks they had been sitting in the back.
This is the absolute worst Chipotle EVER! I will drive out of my way to get Chipotle before I ever return to this place! The food is so not fresh my lettuce was orange and my quac was brown, the employees are slow and not at all friendly, the place is just dirty and honestly I think a health inspector should pay you a visit! DO BETTER!!!! THIS IS PEOPLES HEALTH!

Food was not fresh. Guacamole was brown, lettuce was discolored and old. I asked for fresh lettuce and they got some but they shouldn’t have even attempted to serve the first lettuce. Chips were old and stale. I usually love eating at chipotle but this one was not a good experience!
Food was great as usual but some of the staff were more interested in their phones then actually communicating with customers. The place did not feel clean at all..the floors were dirty, the mop boards grungy from years of sloppy mopping and the kitchen door was gross.
Worst I've been to. Kids are fine but they're tired and short staffed. We ordered online and food is 30 min late. Pickup time of 6:10pm. Communication to customers is poor. Someone help these kids!!!!
My burrito was roughly half the size it usually is, and the tortilla was so stale that I had to tear some pieces off. The chips were also quite stale.

I requested extra cheese on my three tacos, but there was hardly any to be found. Additionally, a bag of chips was missing from my order.
I got a kids meal but they didn’t have kids chips but it comes with the meal so I feel that is not appropriate and needs to be resolved
