I had an incredibly unpleasant experience at this restaurant. The staff member who served us was rude, and the establishment itself was shockingly dirty—it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The food was also disappointing; we could only manage two bites before deciding to throw it away. The chips were stale, and none of the food was warm; it felt like we were eating straight out of the refrigerator. We definitely will not be returning to this location, and I sincerely hope someone intervenes to address these issues or that the health department pays a visit to investigate the situation.
I had a terrible experience! The staff locked the doors two hours before closing time, preventing customers from coming in. Meanwhile, it seemed like the employees were slacking off, and the new hire was having a hard time serving a dozen customers. The cleanliness of the place was seriously lacking—there was old food scattered everywhere, the restrooms were filthy, the trash hadn’t been taken out, and none of the tables had been cleaned. All employees at this location, including the manager, should be replaced! The owner of this establishment should be embarrassed.

The bathroom was unclean, and I found hair in my food. My husband's taco salad was drenched in a strange liquid, and the portion was surprisingly small. Honestly, even a salad from Taco Bell would have been a better choice than what he got. I had a bad experience at this restaurant when it first opened, but I decided to give it another chance years later, and that was a mistake. I won’t be returning. Save your money and opt for Taco Bell instead.
I returned a second time with my son's tacos, but once again, the staff was rude and laughing. The service was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend this location at all. I plan to contact the store manager because this place reflects poorly on the Chipotle brand.
