I order here all the time, and this last order was the absolutel worst. Ordered for pickup at 7pm today and I opened my burrito to find this monstrosity of a carne asada burrito rolled up into a mess. I definitely have to eat it with a fork, because the whole thing is ready to fall apart.The queso is usually filled to the top, but this time it was missing about 1/3 of the cheese.It seems to be the same girl who's usually making these burritos/partially filled cheese containers because every time the burritos are undersized or made like the one pictured. Enough is enough and I hope something gets done about this.
Ordered a chicken burrito with guac to go, but got this monstrosity when I opened it up. The worker who made it seemed new and looked like she was having trouble wrapping my burrito but I didn't pay much attention since I've never had issues in the past with any burrito. Super disappointed with my lunch and never expected this type of quality from this business or any business. I don't completely blame the worker as this seems like a lack of poor training and management for something like this to be served to customers.
This restaurant has really declined in quality. The customer service is poor; the staff seems more interested in chatting among themselves about other employees than in serving customers. The restaurant is consistently dirty, with no utensils stocked, unclean tables and counters. The floors look like they haven't been mopped in days, and the trash is overflowing. The prep area is also dirty. Overall, it's a disappointing experience.
I have eaten at many different Chipotle locations with no complaints or stomach problems. Can't say the same for this one. I decided to eat here just before they closed with some friends. I got food poisoning and threw up WHOLE beans and Pico De Gallo 4 times the next day. Don't eat anything from this Chipotle location. Never eating Chipotle again!
