We arrived at Barbacoa before 1 PM only to find they had run out of food. They didn’t inform us until our tortillas were already covered in beans, leaving us feeling like we had to stay. We ordered three tacos, which mostly consisted of beans with just a few tasteless pieces of carnitas and minimal guacamole. It cost us $16. The staff seemed completely indifferent, and the restaurant was dirty, so we ended up taking our bean tacos home. We are really disappointed with what used to be one of our favorite places. What’s happening there?
My husband and I both love Chitpole and loyal customers for years now. But so dissapointed that recently the staff and service are no good!!! So we went today for our dinner and we ordered the smoke brisket bowl, chicken bowl and quesadillas and spend $40 but we’re shocked because the staff only put a LITTLE BIT OF MEAT!!! SUPER STINGY!!!!!!! Increasing the price is ok but decreasing the meats is no good at all!!!!!!!
They run out of meat and don’t announce to everyone that is in line that they are out of certain meats it would move the line faster then the girl on the line who don’t listen to her customers needs to learn customer service not only to her customers but her co-workers as
I still absolutely LOVE Chipotle! I don't understand why some people have been disappointed lately. The food is FRESH and DELICIOUS! It's the best and healthiest fast food you can find. Give it another shot, everyone!

Nothing to complain about. Food and service are as-expected and my online orders are ready by the time I walk in.
Worst chipotle ever! The employees lacked costumer service, especially the one with blonde curly hair.
