After four years of consistently picking up food here, today I experienced my first case of discrimination at this location. When Alex, the employee at the pickup shelf, confronted me, I briefly showed him my phone with the name on my order while maintaining some distance as he got uncomfortably close. He then sarcastically and hostilely said, "Yeah, you don’t have to back up like that." Surprised, I asked him to repeat himself, and just then the manager appeared. Alex then lied and completely changed his story, claiming he couldn’t see my phone. It became clear that because I stepped back when he got too close, he took it personally and reacted abusively. Terrible customer service. Every time I’ve ordered, the staff handling the tortillas have had a sour attitude and don’t seem to enjoy their jobs. Despite saying thank you multiple times, I received no response and they didn’t even make eye contact. My entire group felt uncomfortable about our orders, even though there was no long line. I would NOT recommend this location—it's worth driving the extra two miles to the next one. Having worked at Chipotle before, it's disappointing to see such poor customer experience when the brand is supposed to prioritize excellent service at all times.
The food quality was good, but the portions were so-so. The seating is metal and very uncomfortable. I would have given more stars, but the manager did not offer himself or an employee to help carry out an extremely large order probably close to 8 to 10boxes of food, and the customer was by himself. It really makes a difference when it comes to the little things such as offeringhelp, considering they looked fully staffed with only one client in line.
Chipotle Mexican Grill was excellent! The line moved quickly, and my order was made exactly as I wanted and served promptly. The restroom was spotless, and the whole restaurant was neat and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, cheerful, and very accommodating. I highly recommend this spot. I enjoyed a vegetable salad, and as always, the ingredients were fresh and tasty!

Everything we ordered was disappointing. We didn't realize how bad it was until we got home. I even asked the manager for an extra tortilla because the person who made our burrito didn't wrap it correctly, and it fell apart. It seemed like the employee might have been new. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.
The staff at this location is incredibly friendly. The woman who made my enormous 15-pound salad/bowl was very kind and super helpful. This place consistently delivers great experiences! Believe me, it looked huge before they put the lid on—haha!
I would rate Chipotle a solid 10 stars. It truly stands out as one of the best American restaurants, offering fantastic food at an excellent price. Moreover, they provide valuable job opportunities for students through part-time positions.
