I ordered Chipotle online for delivery and got kids' chicken tacos, specifying that I only wanted hard shell tacos with chicken and cheese. When the order arrived, I was shocked to find only two empty shells with nothing inside. My experiences with this Chipotle on University have consistently been disappointing. Their service is terrible, and it feels like they throw the food together without any care. I'm really let down, especially since I've given this location numerous chances. To make matters worse, it seems like no one ever pays attention to the reviews here. It's truly disheartening!
It's hard to believe that I'm paying $12-$15 for a burrito, and I still have to ask for a reasonable amount of rice, beans, meat, etc., every time I visit this Chipotle. I understand that double meat costs extra, but getting only half a scoop of chicken just doesn't justify the price. The inconsistency in portion sizes from one employee to another is quite amusing. I really enjoy Chipotle, but this location has consistently let me down, while the Qdoba in Southglenn always delivers a dependable experience. I genuinely hope this Chipotle improves! Thank you!
I'm not sure what exactly is happening with this location. About 2 weeks ago I ate there and it was PHENOMENAL. Today, the rice is hard, everything else in the chicken burrito was cold. There's just not a lot of consistency and when it's not good, it's really not good. Too bad because I love Chipotle and this is the closest one to me, but I just don't want to keep spending money there when I never know what I'll get.
this place did not put all the meal times into the bag, it did not find out until I had gone home. I am tired of calling the restaurant to let them know that they have charged me for 2 meal times, but only received one, but their phone messaging system will not allow them to talk to the employees when a manager reads this, they call me how I would expect a refund on my order.

This is a very busy Chipotle (for the most part) with it being right across the street from the high school. Service is always good and I've only had a messed up order once or twice which happens everywhere it seems, so I can't really hold it against them. With the Chipotle app it's been nice to order ahead and skip the line and the wait, I highly recommend that option.
So let me get this straight! I want a little more cheese, sour cream, and just a little guacamole on my burrito, and I'm making your day so hard, I have to get attitude? If I'm paying 13 plus for my order, heck if I paid 5. I shouldn't have to feel like an inconvenience! Chipotle is my go to, but this location needs an attitude check training!!
without taking out was the worst chipotle I've ever had. since years come and the erosion of service, quality and cleanliness is only exaggerated. it would be easy to mistake the personal (and not quite unproven), but I would like to know who the manager and/or owner is. corporate should close this place or replace the people completely.
for about 5 years come and let me in the past just say that this chipotle was great, but now they are so understaffed that they only take the half of the time online ordering or they close 2 in half an hour early.

you do not go to this place, tried several times to give him a shot and hope it would be better. burrito was the size of my hand and I'm not a big person at all.
Great food. Got a bowl with chicken and it was great! Make sure to get dressing on the side!
