Charged me $4.90 for a 12 ounce cofee, couldn’t get that right. Dumped a cow’s worth of milk into it. And then, why I’m posting, I asked for a cup of water as it was kind of hot and we’re all walking fast there. Nope. We’ll sell you water. I was advised to go to what’s probably a much, much better independent cafe literally next door who could give me a glass of tap water. Unbelievable. A corporate policy that bars giving someone a glass of water, paying nose bleed prices for a coffee that wasn’t even maximally hot. Please make your purchases next door. You and I deserve better.
They actually listen when u add to notes. yummy yogurt creations. delicious mediterranean chop salad. practically eat there every day. music is a tad loud. but I understand. New Yorkers park themselves in places and don’t spend a dollar all day. pay for an office like the rest of us!!! lol
When I placed my order, I was informed that nearly everything on the menu was unavailable because "we're closing in half an hour." This struck me as rather unreasonable. It seems that leaving early takes precedence over providing good service. Quite disappointing.
Great coffee, but the service was terrible. We purchased an iced tea and a coffee, and when we tried to sit down, we were rudely told that we had to leave right away. It’s an odd way to treat customers.
