I came tonight to my salad after the gym like I usually do and it was a bit busy, but I saw all the staff working trying to get the orders out of the door, but one of them (which with red hair I think they're a manager or something) was somehow standing in the middle of all on their phone and only slowly moving. The people who help me were still able to be polite and take over my order. Thank you to the rest of the staff, but I wish they received the help they needed, I personally wouldn't do a worker, especially since I was there with a friend for over an hour and continued not to do them, but stared at their phone SMHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!
Customer service at this point is very bad. Not even customer service is always bad. Not sure what happens, but everyone needs either a better training, a wage increase, so they can be happier, or really just a better administration. Basically, you can't ask questions because the staff literally cries to you how you killed someone. Very disappointing as the food is fine, but it makes you really think twice hen come here. Management is even worse, they do not justify their recruitment of staff and food cheaply so that they mistreat the customers. #badcustomer service
The food is good and fresh, sometimes they can seem a little slower. It seems there are more than enough people to take your order, but only one helps if there is something from a line. You could do something back there, but it's frustrating when you wait for 4 or 5 salads, maybe more in front of you and there are more people back there???
I went here twice before and enjoy the salads and decided to invite my family to check it out. Upon getting on the line, the cashiers were a bit dismissive and we felt rushed to place our orders. Unless you?re a ?regular? , I did not feel welcomed. Salads are good but customer service needs a ton of work!
