We ordered our pizza and cake at 2:46 (right when we got there), waited till 3:56 to ask about it since it been over an hour and was told it would be at least another 45 mins. 2 hours for a pizza and not during a typical food rush time either! We were not the only ones when we talked to other guest that had a long wait time and were not told. Also there is literally no where to sit unless you have a scheduled party again not a peak eating time either. You also can not sit next to a closet that they have tables by because kids can't see in it, which ok but yet you have another party area right by that closet you don't want kids seeing in....umm ok that does not make sense. I'm so glad this place still exists! Growing up, my cousins, siblings, and sometimes I would celebrate our birthday here. I don't live in the area anymore, so it was my first time in a few years. It was such a blessing to be able to take my daughter and nephews for the first time over the Mother's Day weekend! What an explosion from the past! And with the new cards, my Nabeby and I could play with the Kiddos and help them earn points! Really enjoyable Thank you!!!

My child was redeeming his tickets and was denied a toy he chose because the cabinets it was in was locked. They told him he couldn't have what was in there because they didn't have a key. I'm pretty confident they just didn't want to get the key from a manager that was on duty. Seems pretty lazy and neglectful. Especially since they were also training new associates.

Had my daughter’s 7th birthday party here today and can not say how impressed I am with the young man that helped us out all day! I feel bad that I never caught his name but he was so great with helping us out, getting us what we needed, and letting us know what was happening and when. Pizza was surprisingly good and my daughter is over the moon with her party.

Very nostalgic but with less hassle when ot comes to having tokens with you. No physical tickets, so that's good for the environment. But you can't pull extra tickets out of the machine like I use to as a kid. Can't pass that knowledge down to my kids. Also, the Jay's store next door makes it a great place for kids and adults to also talk about the past.

The lines were crazy. The price for filling a card is good but our card didn't work good. Trying to get a game to start was a pain. Employees were friendly. There were games that didn't work. The photo booth was out of order, which is sad cause that's one thing we have always loved to do.

We enjoyed having the place for us a little late in the afternoon! The games are not just for young children. The photo booths are also great fun. Something for everyone. We only have games without food, but pizza smell fantastic

the children really had a great time. the only reason I give 4 stars is because it was almost unbearable hot. idk when the a.c was broken or what, but definitiw had a good time.

With my daughter and her spouse and grandchildren, we had an explosion, which was a wonderful place. Plan a visit.
