While I understand that technical issues can happen, they should have taken responsibility for the mistake. According to our package, the children were supposed to enjoy unlimited play for two hours, but most of their playtime only lasted about half an hour. When I addressed my concerns with a staff member (whose name I didn’t catch), he was incredibly rude in front of my guests, which left me feeling humiliated. After I raised my voice and showed him the email confirming our package details, he reluctantly agreed to extend playtime to 45 minutes. However, by then, the children were already exhausted and had lost interest.

First time we've been there in a couple years. Went for a birthday party. It's been completely redesigned. Very clean. Games are working, no tokens, playing games goes off a digital tap card, and tickets are tracked on the card too. Food was good! Pizza was delicious, not oily. Have a salad bar, wings, vegitables plates. I was very impressed and we will go back.
This is a fantastic place for kids; I only wish it were larger. The customer service is excellent, especially with the manager on duty on Fridays. The only downside was that the bathrooms were not clean. I had to request cleaning several times. Aside from that, I have no other complaints!
Visited mid week so the place wasn't crowded at all. Fun place to take the kids. Food is not that spectacular and service was weak. I guess playing on their phone is more important. Unfortunately they were understaffed so Chuckie did not show up.

We visited 2weeks back and enjoyed! Good, Kids fun place! Big area but less option of games! Seems card left over points or time will elapse on the same day after 12am. So can?t be used after some time?

Chuck E. Cheese has been remodeled with many new games, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The young employees have a great attitude and are very patient!
