I enjoy the chicken at Popeyes, but I absolutely LOVE the fries! However, it took me three visits to get fresh, hot fries at this location.
1. On my first visit through the drive-thru, I ordered a three-piece combo and specifically requested hot fries, repeating my request at least five times as I moved from the ordering speaker to the payment window. Unfortunately, when I parked to eat, the fries were barely warm. I called customer service because the restaurant wouldn't answer their phone. While still in the parking lot, I called again and spoke to Raven, who addressed my complaint and told me to return for a replacement order.
2. A couple of days later, I went back to give them another...
I wish they would just give me extra hot sauce when I request it, but they insisted that the amount they provided was sufficient for my order. I miss the days when customer service truly mattered. It seems like Church's Chicken is really stingy with their hot sauce, which is disappointing. I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant again! This sums up my experience there.
Abosulutely great quality fried chicken. Every time I’ve gone to this church’s chicken I get fresh crunchy chicken, hot biscuits and tasty sides. There is typically a line in the drive-thru but the quality is worth the wait. Staff is friendly and fast.
Church's Chicken provides a nostalgic drive-thru experience that takes you back to simpler times, and their delicious fried chicken is just as flavorful as it always has been. I definitely intend to dine there again!

I found their chicken to be better than the Colonel's. KFC has moved to a 'higher profit' strategy, which has led to lower quality products and higher prices.
The line at Kirchen Huhn is always lengthy, and you have to go up to the window to place your order. It might be better to check out Krunchys instead.
Every time I visit this restaurant, my order is always complete and served hot. I absolutely love the spicy chicken combo!
The order was mistaken twice, and the chicken was not fully cooked. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly.

Good experience they're always on time and chicken is not always good as far as quality.
Order3 piece got 2 piece more than once. Drive through takes too long.
