Just a heads up, I was out with my family for dinner, decided to grab ice cream for my son. Showed up before 10 (which is when they close). The girl working (Fernanda) was joking with some customers who appeared to be her friends. She was handing out brownies to them and they we 're having a great time apparently, all while my son and I were waiting to be served. Eventually, she turns to me and says, 'sorry. They 're my last customers. ' I proceed to walk away, but then randomly had the urge to check yelp and see what time they close. 10 o 'clock. My son and I head back over, Fernanda is still laughing with her friends. I ask politely, 'what time do you guys close? ' she gave me the meanest...

Today I bought a $40 6 taro ICE CREAM cake for my husband 's birthday because he wanted some ice cream cake. There was absolutely NO ice cream in this cake whatsoever. This is literally ALL buttercream frosting inside and out with vanilla cake. If I wanted a regular cake, I would 've gone to Paris Baguette or 85 for a higher quality and even less expensive cake. Come on now. How do you not know how to differentiate between a traditional cake and an ice cream cake? Freezing buttercream is not ice cream. It 's not even good. Major disappointment and a waste of money. The rest of the cake is going into the trash. Don 't buy ice cream cake here. Go to Baskin Robbins or Coldstone... or even Ralph...
I love coming to Churned and it has been hit and miss but now, it's more miss than anything. The only reason I gave it such a low rating was because normally, the jar is full. The guy who was working there today said that was how he was trained to do. I practically begged for the 3rd scoop. If you pay for a pint jar, shouldn't you get a pint's worth? I don't get to visit as much as I would like anymore because I have since moved out of the area and to make a drive of 45 mins each way for 3 scoops of ice cream and paying that much seems ridiculous! I'm sorry Churned. You deserve waaaaay better! You have the best flavours, hands down.
Now, about the food—the churro was as hard as a rock; I couldn't even bite into it. The sprinkles were just as tough. I ended up having to throw everything away because it was so bad. I'm not usually one to write negative reviews, but this experience was seriously poor. The worst part is that many other guests likely had the same experience tonight, which means they might have lost customers for good. I really wanted to like this place, but I definitely won’t be coming back. Reserva una mesa ahora
How things have changed! The quality here has declined significantly. The croissants are stale and more than a day old. It seems like the ownership has changed, and unfortunately, I think this place will close down soon. There's a lack of attention to detail and customer service. It's no surprise that the entire food hall is struggling, except for the bar! Save your time and gas—don’t bother coming here!
Nice little ice cream shop with lots of flavors. Nutella and captain crunch. Oreos and gummy bears. Fruits and jelly beans. There are 15 or so flavors with tons of toppings. All the ice cream is churned on site. Pretty cool
The staff was so nice and was very helpful in telling us about the product. The ice cream was really yummy and flavors are very cool. Bread is amazing and not too sweet
Gross Practice, BEWARE! Cashier/food handler took cash transactions wearing gloves, then handled toppings for ice cream without changing gloves. I can't. Reserva una mesa ahora
Ice Cream were alright. Waited for the place to open was kinda a hassle. It said open at 12 but they open at 2pm. The staff was nice though.
The ice cream here is excellent! I tried an espresso-filled croissant with caramel, and it was absolutely delightful.
