After coming from Toronto, where we are accustomed to a certain level of service at Portuguese BBQ restaurants, our experience at this establishment was disappointing. Upon arrival, we were informed that they only focus on preorders, and if you walk in, you may not be acknowledged. Despite being told that pre-order clients are the priority, there was no food ready for takeout when we arrived. We were made to wait for over an hour without any guarantees. The customer service at this restaurant is terrible, and the food is mediocre. There are better places in Bradford to spend your money. I pre-ordered a Christmas Eve dinner for my family of 10, only to arrive and find out that they had lost our order. The staff was rude and unhelpful, leaving us with no dinner to serve our family on Christmas Eve. Despite the circumstances, the restaurant refused to make things right and instead chose to argue with us. This was not my first negative experience at this establishment, and I will not be returning. I would give them 0 stars for their customer service.

Very unfriendly attitude cashier/ server. The foil container used for dining in seems very inappropriate as most eating establishments use disposable plates. Also no straws, so canned pop had to be drank directly to the mouth.However, its a very clean and nicely laid out eatery.

The food here is incredible and made fresh on the grill. We have gotten take out 3 times now and it's been consistently delicious food each time. They are also excellent for catering large dinner parties as they can accommodate with very short notice. Highly recommend.Food: 5/5

Terrible customer service. I ordered food for pick up over the phone. When I went to pick it up, still had to wait 25 minutes after inquiring twice. Then they acted like I did something wrong and proceeded to be even more rude. Food was so so, definitely not worth the hassle.

They catered for my child's birthday party with chicken, rice and potatoes. Wow the food was absolutely delicious! All my guests had multiple helpings and the food was a good price. Honestly cooked to perfection and made my party very memorable.

Great food! Unfortunately the service is terrible. All of the employees ignore customers that are waiting. Have waited there numerous times for over 20 minutes without any help. Will not be returning.
