I love these cici’s! the food is fresh, tasty and in great supply! the entire staff is attentive, courteous, hard work and amazingly friendly. I have never seen a more pleasant, more appealing and clean cici’s restaurant than this. I come out of the way (from chicago, this is about 45 minutes drive) just to go over this place because I know that the restaurant is clean, the eating is thoroughly cooked, and is always fresh. they are great at the rotation of the food on the line! also the half of each pizza on the line so that food wastes reduce! but don't worry if anything they want is out, it'll be out again! simply ask them and they will make it fresh for them. this place also makes many ev...
Here is a review of a restaurant with poor customer service and questionable practices. The quality of the food is low but tolerable for the price of $7, especially if you are feeding children. However, the customer service is extremely bad and discriminatory. The manager is rude and seems to treat customers differently based on their race and age. They gave strict instructions about what customers can and cannot have, and were unreasonably strict about plate usage. This manager even made disrespectful comments towards other customers. Overall, this restaurant's behavior was unacceptable and I would not recommend it.
This place has all different types of pizza including mac n' cheese pizza which I found interesting. They also have desserts such as cinnamon rolls and brownies. Pasta, chicken noodle soup, and salads are also offered. I think it's really cool that they have an arcade there too! My brother and myself have had birthday parties here before, and while I can't say my birthday party was the best day ever, it definetly wasn't the restaurants fault. Cici's pizza is great to hang out with friends, especially for teenagers.
I celebrated my nomination earlier this evening in this excellent restaurant. I am glad to say that we enjoyed a incredible evening and the place was evidently one of the reasons for this fruitful gathering. The waiters participated in a splendid way, the food was appetizing and my buddies were extremely delighted. We shall definitely return for more events. Thank you very much.

Such a great value and good experience for the kids. The body painter there was an awesome surprise. The energy is just friendly, positive. The play area in back not bad. They put out fresh pizzas really fast!

great family environment! games, prices, good food, always something happens at this place! events, parties, fundraiser, video game tournaments, they call it. they even have autoshows!
Bring back the parmesan cheese red pepper flakes shakers!! But other than that, I enjoy eating here because of the variety of pizza..
