The food was good, but very overpriced to me. My husband and I both had one entree and it came up to $100. I wouldn’t have minded paying $100 for it if the environment made me feel like I was dining at a place that would constitute that amount of money. However this place did not provide that type of environment at all. I had to constantly swat flies away from our food because there were so many in the restaurant. Also I had to smash a bug with my shoe because it was crawling on the floor next to me. Also, they don’t bring the check to you, you have to go up to the register and pay like you’re in a lunch hall. The food is amazing! We ate the branzino fish and shrimp, enough to feed at least 2 people. It came with a salad, rice, and fries the rice was incredible. Also had the falafel and warm pita. I was a bit sad they were out of the grape leaves, but I’m excited to return and order those.Warning Parking sucks, it’s south Philly. We sat outside bc the restaurant was really chilly, so bring a sweatshirt to avoid sitting outside on a warm night…the bikers will be out and it will be loud.

While in Philly for a cousin's wedding, we stumbled upon Cilantro, and what a gem it turned out to be! The food was phenomenal, and the service was exceptional. From the mouthwatering mint tea to the delicious eggplant appetizer and the generous mix grill, every bite was perfection. great restaurant! great food! great customer service! first time and will definitely come back. their plate for one is perfect for a couple where there’s someone that eats a little less and someone that eats a lot lol HIGHLY Recommend their lime juice with fresh mint and the bahklava dessert!!!!!!

I visited this restaurant on a Wednesday night. The food was extremely fresh and the hummus was amazing. The service and food both deserve a 10/10 rating! I will definitely be bringing my parents back with me. As for kid-friendliness, it is a nice and safe environment.

Excellent food! First time here and I will be returning. Food is well seasoned, great portions, nicely plated. The ambiance is similar to that of Egypt. We had the signature entree, along with beef shawarma wrap. Their mint tea is a great original palette cleanser.

Hubby and i tried this place for the first time. Omg we are so glad we did. Food was amazing. We had the mix grill for 1 and that was enough for the both of us. We even took it home. Wish it had liquor but its all good.

All kinds of food were great. Especially Kafta Kabab was so good. There’s no any strange smell in lamb. I’ll definitely go one more time if I visit Philly.
