Great establishment! Sadly, Rude, and unprofessional staff member who completely ruined our evening (blonde lady/ host). Booked a table before it got busy and returned later, to which she demanded we pay £350 or she would give to someone else because it was now busy. Very embarrassing situation, and very unprofessional behaviour. Her customer service, and attitude on life needs complete realigning. With great displeasure we declined and entered normally. Another staff member (Alicia) later gave us the able (which is a row of seating as you enter), not a booth or anything special or what you would refer to as VIP. My daughter and her fiance were at cinnebar on Saturday, 3rd December and were having an enjoyable evening but some one decided to ruin their evening and drug one of their drinks. My daughter's fiance ended up in hospital in a bad way and they have both been very badly affected by the experience. Please be careful everyone, keep an eye on your drinks.

I booked a Father's Day breakfast for my son, granddaughter, husband and myself online. It was very easy and I received a reminder on the day of the reservation. We arrived at 9:15 and were greeted with a friendly welcome at the front of the restaurant. We were seated at a table by the window on a beautiful sunny day in Hertford, it was perfect.

The brunch at this restaurant is delightful. The bacon and sausages are particularly amazing. The waitress, Alexa, provided friendly service and was very kind. I would definitely recommend this place for its food. Reserva una mesa ahora
