This review is mostly for the COLD BREW (not the hot offerings , which is a ONE STAR. I give the vanilla cold brew 1 star (not ingestible ! I average the rating to a 3 or meh but really I give the hot items ...a 4.75. Yelp needs to change up the rating system (imho and also get rid of old reviews. Haven't been to a Cinnabon for years. We were in the Glendale Galleria and purchased a classic Cinnabon to share. Not sure what the calories are for one of these things, but it has to be a lot! And not worth it. The cost was $6.99! Man!! That's too much money for what you get! They are much smaller than what I remember as well. My husband and I were not impressed, it was too doughy and soft. Would not ever order it again. Another issue I had, was the customer service was also subpar. The young lady behind the counter was not interested in offering good customer service. I visited the restaurant recently to purchase a 15-pack of MiniBuns. When I arrived, the associate informed me that they had run out of the 15-packs for the day, despite it being around 5:30 PM and the restaurant closing at 8 PM. To make matters worse, there were four trays of the same MiniBuns I wanted that had just come out of the oven. I'm not sure why they weren’t willing to meet my request, or if it was just a lack of effort on their part. I definitely do not recommend this place if you’re looking to buy in bulk.
A friend and I were craving Cinnabon, and this spot definitely helped with what we needed! Staff was pretty chill in prepping whatever we wanted. It's pretty small and you may walk past by it. Cinnabon never disappoints with their cinnamon rolls! What surprised me was their cinnamon roll bites, which was basically a cookie with a mini cinnamon roll inside it! I know, sounds too much, but coming from someone who's favorite dessert are cookies, I'd say these specialty items were tasty!

Best location for fresh Cinnabon!! The manager Rico runs his location with always fresh baked rolls, smothered with icing, staff that are polite professional.Kiki Luo assisted us with our recent purchase. She's friendly a pleasure to deal with!Can't go to the Glendale Galleria without coming home with a box of Cinnabons ;
I drove all the way from North Hollywood, battling traffic, only to find out after waiting in line and placing my order that they don't accept cash. There wasn't even a sign or a piece of paper alerting customers to this. No warning, no apology—what a waste of time!
Three stars because I first time I went I was happy. I would give ONE star for the SORRY hard, crusty, dry mess they served me today. Was very disappointed with the quality this time

I've always loved Cinnabon, worked for Cinnabon as my part time job in high school when it first opened at the Bevery Center location. It was the best!
The iced coffee here is amazing! Plus, the Cinnabons are always incredibly fresh!
