As a surprise my son took me and a friend to Cloud 23 for a festive afternoon tea. I have been several times for tea there, but it was our friend’s first time. I was really looking forward to it as I had a festive tea there a few years ago. What a disappointment it was! It was a very ordinary tea. Last time there were candy canes and little filled rolls and a little dessert and the flavours were lovely! On this visit our server told us they no longer did the candy canes as the servers kept eating them! The flavours just weren’t there this year when going out to afternoon tea I would like to use the word ‘delicious’ sadly I can’t use that word to describe the festive tea at Cloud 23 this year...
A massive thank you to Cloud 23 for accommodating me for my proposal. They gave us a private space, which I really appreciate. They made my proposal extra special. Thank you to all the staff on the day for the excellent service and a massive thank you to Sasha and Anshika from Cloud 23 for organising this.
4 of us visited on Saturday 9th December for champagne afternoon tea which we all thoroughly enjoyed. Klaudia was excellent, she made sure the champagne was free flowing, as advertised and made the whole experience special with her warm and friendly personality
Booked a festive afternoon tea for my 50th birthday. Great communication from Anshika who I booked it through. The staff were lovely and very helpful. A really delicious selection of sandwiches and cakes. Loved the limitless teas/coffees and hot chocolate!

I enjoyed a lovely festive afternoon tea at the cloud and timed it nicely to see the sun setting over manchester. Fantastic views, relaxing atmosphere and polite, Friendly service.
Absolutely stunning place, beautiful interior, great vibe and amazing view. Very relaxed and friendly staff. We had an Old Fashioned cocktail and a chat, had a great time.
Eve was absolutely brilliant!! Made us custom pornstar martini's, made us feel absolutely grand, will be coming back only if eve is our server!!!!
