Portion sizes are SO small. Don’t really get the hype around it. I wouldn’t come back for the melon bread or green tea UFO cake. Strawberry sando was $2 and sold out, but they were making it in the back… it’s the length of my finger, that’s why it’s so cheap Spicy tuna was actually quite spicy, but I ate it in two bites. Smoked salmon was good but definitely not a lot of salmon
The cornette filled with custard was absolutely delicious. The soft bread, crunchy sugar sprinkles, and sweet, creamy custard filling created a perfect treat. For a savory option, the shrimp sandwich and crab roe bun were incredibly flavorful as well. The prices are very reasonable, with most items costing under $4.
The staff here are incredibly friendly, and the food is fantastic! Whenever I visit, I usually order a custard cream donut, and I'm always pleased with it. There can be a line out the door at times, but it moves quickly, so there's no need to worry about it!
Been coming here since college. They keep growing and making delicious food. Please don't stop. Melon pan was my gateway bread, but now I come for the spicy mentaiko bread, the onigiri, the matcha coronet, I come for it all. Reserva una mesa ahora
