Club Arcada 1920s Speakeasy

We had made 3:30 reservations on a Sunday. The performer was entertaining, but the drinks are weak and way overpriced in my opinion. We ordered the Sunday feast consisting of pasta, meatbals, sausage, and garlic bread. We had a substantial amount of leftovers that we were looking forward to indulging in later that evening. There was some internal miscommunication and our food was discarded. Our server attempted to rectify by ordering new plates for us to take home. Made reservations for the Speakeasy. Upon arrival I was told it was sold out for a Corpoate event. A HEADS UP IN ADVANCE WOULD HAVE BEEN APPROPRIATE. I had out of town guests and wanted to share your Speakeasy experience with them. We were seated at a restaurant on the main floor with only a buffet menu offering. Food was great and the service outstanding. I was very disappointed. Again a text message, email, or phone call before our reservation time would have allowed us time to change our plan if we desired. I received an apology for the inconvenience. VERY CLASSY. We went to Club Arcada to see the Tina Turner Experience. “Tina” and her band did not disappoint, but the rest of it was meh. We arrived on time for our reservation, but they were not prepared. So we sat in the anteroom along with three other couples with our reservation time along with others who wanted to jump the line. Once seated, we got the quintessential rocking table. Our waitress came to take our order, but was essentially absent the rest of the evening. We even had to hunt her down to pay the bill.

Are you out of your mind !! $20 for a Tito lemonade and also $10 dollars for a door charge per person!! this place is out of its mind mediocre food barely hot.
