Today I ate from, Cluck-U Chicken S.O., for the first time in a while and it was absolutely phenomenal. Typically I’d order their legendary Mini Bites, but wanted something a little light. I had ordered their Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap w/ Lettuce, Tomatoes, Parmesan, Caesar Dressing. The best word to describe the wrap would be Refreshing. The chicken had awesome flavor and the veggies were extremely fresh. For it to not necessarily be intended to be so, it was pretty filling. One can’t really go wrong with Cluck-U. They have some good food for great prices. If anyone is in S.O. and would like some Chicken, def would highly recommend Cluck-U S.O.!
cluck u south orange is the only bang I've ever had. I like my wings saucy, but crispy to achieve this, they need to eat them immediately as soon as they are undersown, so that I order in the regular simple wing, well made, with soaking on the side. I have laid my own sose because restaurants (generally) love to suck the wings in so much sauce, it ruins the cripple of the wings when they deliver them to home or to them. her buffalo sauce is also very good. honey bbq is also good. and honestly, they season their wings well enough, so without soaking they are great if I just want some good simple fried chicken wings.
Really bad quality off the foodThey are not using cluck u chicken dressing cops brand they are using the very cheap brand does not taste like Cluck U chicken at all The girls at the front desk she’s nice but the quality of the food it’s really getting worse and worseI asked for the extra sauce and I paid for it one dollar for smoker but it’s not even cluck U chicken brand it’s really bad
the customer service is very terrible. the owner is rude and very respectful. I ordered over eaten and I waited 1:30 o'clock just to say that the owner is the one who left my delivery. on the app it still said that the driver went to me. the kerl left my food on the side of the security spot! how loud to cry. I had to go there to solve it, but he cried and let me go. never order again.

The Crispy Mini Bites Value Pack was mediocre. They forgot to include my soda, and the fries were cold and dry. Additionally, they only offer one sauce option, which is honey mustard, not everyone enjoys that. Overall, the food was decent, but the missing items and dry food were disappointing. I expected better for the price.
Tried for the first time and it was good. The fries are very well seasoned, the chicken was tasty and crispy. When you order 12 pieces of chicken you get 5 free honey biscuits. Just make sure you tell them add the honey. The Mac and cheese could use some work in my opinion.
eating is terrible, and the place is dirty! I was sick of the food and was unhappy! and their prices are high for very little food! I was so sick of the food, I will never go there again or recommend this place for everyone! eating is not good!
Every time I order from this place using Uber Eats, they get my order wrong! 3 times I ordered boneless wings and received instead, bone-in.
