Coach's Pizza In West Des Mo

Had a great experience here. Food was great, we got two appetizers and two pizzas. We brought our children (2 5) and they shared our appetizers and pizza and they loved it. I had read previously that someone said it smelled a little like the cigar bar. I did smell that right when I walked it but it was very faint. My husband thought it smelled like a hotel pool. I didn't even notice it after a couple minutes. Someone else has mentioned they wished they had diaper changing stations in the bathrooms. They don't in the women's, but there is also a Family Bathroom that does have a changing station. The food and service was good. The resturant enviroment was terrible, there was a constant cigar smoke odor from the bar next door and both the restrooms had a super strong sewer gas odor. The staff were told about the sewer smell and they just shrugged it off as normal. I wouldn't think either one is appropriate for the restaurant.

Got cold onions rings and they were not even busy and the taco pizza had very little meat on it and it was 90% nachos with very little flavor. Pizzas are Iowa size meaning they are very small so do yourself a favor and get a chain pizza

Looks OK inside but the pizza gave me the worst indigestion ever. Small portions. Service was not very friendly at all. Definitely won't return
