The host at the entrance was very friendly. I really liked the layout of the restaurant, with booths for couples and larger groups. The toilets were clean, which is always a plus. The music was at a reasonable level, which was appreciated as I was in a restaurant, not a nightclub. The staff was helpful and friendly, special thanks to Molly for being a 5-star professional. The steak I had was wonderful, perfectly cooked and well presented. The desserts were on another level. Overall, it was a very pleasant evening for me.
I randomly decided to visit this restaurant before a football match at Carrow Road. We were seated right away and received excellent service. The food, especially the double burgers we ordered, was delicious. The prices are a bit on the higher end for burgers and other items, but it's definitely worth it for a treat. The restaurant is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the stadium, making it perfect for fans to grab a bite before the game. Both home and away fans are welcome.
Good Mac and cheese (with spicy sausage option! and good menu. Seated easily on a Thursday without booking. No pilsner on tap but they do sell San Miguel so not awful. Slower service but this is often the case in this restaurant I find, particularly with drinks as the lone bartender has to make all the fancy cocktails. Chips got cold fast; the plate wasn't very warm. Maybe they could serve more in the cast iron?
I really enjoy the food at this restaurant. I appreciate the classic bar setup and the inviting atmosphere, even when there are only a few people dining. It doesn't feel empty. The only downside is that the prices are higher than most places, and the new garlic bread is a disappointment. It's very bland and dry compared to the rest of the delicious food.

An amazing American themed restaurant with absolutely fantastic food, exceptional service by wait staff. Highly recommended if you are a student with discount cards or gourmet society membership. No down falls whatsoever
Nice manager. She apologized for the last opening as advertised she said that they were trying to get it changed with Google. Good, great price. Nice seating outside where we had breakfast
Great take on an American style restaurant
Had Chicago BBQ ribs for appetiser, and bacon and cheese burger for main.
I'm not in the business of complaining - but I just ate an awful lunch here while waiting for a train back to London.
