Great premium drinks, great consistency. Obviously there will be a few drinks to dislike per subjective opinion. Reasonable prices with standard of living and inflation, though their Medium and Large should really be changed to Small/Medium. Been a customer for 2y now, going at least weekly if not at some times daily. Decent and efficient staff, clean and pleasant atmosphere are always appreciated. Good COVID policies. Perhaps my two minor complaints are 1. with last year’s Berry Lovers drink balance of milk and berry being inconsistent and 2. With some drinks being unable to customize enough.(though for this there may be reasons)
This CoCo location tends to be a bit disappointing. Despite having several staff members present, their workflow seems off, leading to long wait times for drinks regardless of when you visit. The boba pearls are often undercooked, and the tea flavors are generally quite bland. Additionally, they frequently cannot serve the flavors listed on their menu. While there aren’t many bubble tea options nearby, the cleanliness of the store is commendable, though the seating arrangements could be improved.
This is a fantastic place for boba tea! We've tried several different drinks here, and they've all been excellent. The service is consistently great, and the staff clearly take pride in crafting their beverages. While the prices might be a bit higher than other places, the quality justifies it, especially given its location in the heart of Syosset. Parking can be tricky, especially during peak times, so be prepared to walk a little. I’ll definitely be coming back!
We've been to many Coco Fresh Tea stores all over NY. Bayside location being the most frequent but never had such a friendly experience as we did in this Syosset location. Typically, we find the staff to be rude and deterring ...but these guys in Syosset are so sweet. No attitude. They don't annoyed when you have questions. They've all been so friendly and helpful. It's such a sweet experience we now come here weekly.

This place is a must if you love bubble tea! They have many different teas to choose from and the service is great. They are very quick when it comes to making the tea and the prices are pretty good. I love that you can ask for different sugar and ice levels. So good!
AMAZING DRINKS! The young girl who took my order was incredibly sweet! I think her name was Mary or Maria. This is the best place for boba tea, and I will definitely return!
I ordered a few drinks through Uber Eats from this place, and I was disappointed. The boba was not fresh, and the drinks didn't taste good. I wouldn't recommend it.
This is the best bubble tea shop I've ever been to! The staff is really friendly, and they always prepare my drinks perfectly.
