Great premium drinks, great consistency. Obviously there will be a few drinks to dislike per subjective opinion. Reasonable prices with standard of living and inflation, though their Medium and Large should really be changed to Small/Medium. Been a customer for 2y now, going at least weekly if not at some times daily. Decent and efficient staff, clean and pleasant atmosphere are always appreciated. Good COVID policies. Perhaps my two minor complaints are 1. with last year’s Berry Lovers drink balance of milk and berry being inconsistent and 2. With some drinks being unable to customize enough.(though for this there may be reasons)
We've been to many Coco Fresh Tea stores all over NY. Bayside location being the most frequent but never had such a friendly experience as we did in this Syosset location. Typically, we find the staff to be rude and deterring ...but these guys in Syosset are so sweet. No attitude. They don't annoyed when you have questions. They've all been so friendly and helpful. It's such a sweet experience we now come here weekly.

I would give 2 out of 5 stars for the drink I ordered, but the restaurant itself is quite nice and has a few tables for seating. I tried the Okinawa Black Sugar Latte, and honestly, I’m not sure what I was expecting. It turned out to be pretty much just a cup of iced milk, which I didn’t enjoy.
The employees deserve a raise! It's unfair that they're working hard to serve drinks late on Thanksgiving evening. No one should have to make great cocktails at 8 PM on a national holiday for minimum wage. I really appreciate all the hard work the staff puts in. Thank you to the employees!
This place is a must if you love bubble tea! They have many different teas to choose from and the service is great. They are very quick when it comes to making the tea and the prices are pretty good. I love that you can ask for different sugar and ice levels. So good!
Cocos is great. Got hooked on Cocos while living in Beijing. In every country the menu is a little different but still good.

Black tea latte with QQ is my all time favorite! Good location, close to Syosset station. The service is quick!
