Coco Fresh Tea Juice

I placed a mobile order for 4 drinks. They refused to give me a tray or a bag.. I’m so pregnant and had to struggle to carry all the drinks to my car. This is ridiculous service.. I can’t believe this. She even told me that it’s my own fault for not buying a bag.. this needs to be improved.. there are many bubbletea shops.. if I knew the service was going to be so poor, I would’ve ordered from somewhere else.

I'm not sure why the passion fruit double popper has a strange smell, almost like a rag. The brown sugar pearls I ordered didn't have any actual brown sugar in them, and when I asked the store about it, they just said that’s how they come. The flavor is definitely different from what I've experienced at other places, and the staff's attitude was just average.

I absolutely love this bubble tea shop! COCO is always my first choice. Their Strawberry Latte is by far my favorite drink. The atmosphere is cozy, and the service is consistently excellent. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it! ٩ ๑′0`๑ ۶

Two drinks were not sealed and spilled on my hand. I resealed them without apologizing. When I got to the car, I found that they were still unsealed and spilled on my hand???Don’t you guys check when you give drinks???
