The ice cream is good but the staff on Sundays suck I come in several times on Sundays. I try and get a shake the same excuse to not make it its either no milk or the blender is not working plus the lobby is never clean floors are greasy or sticky they use a squeegee to wipe the floors and windows walk around the customers with the squeegee dripping serious improvements need to be made. Mangment or the owner needs to get more involved

I went to get ice cream with my dog because it 's one of the few places in my area that allows dogs. However some Edgar looking kid said sorry your dog can 't be here . How is that they Cold Stone sells dogs ice cream but doesn 't allow dogs? i looked up at a later time if dogs were really allowed since i had taken my dog before and no one said anything. Turns out dogs are welcome he was just a dumb over achiever employee..

Ive been coming to this place like around 9:00pm looks like they don't make smoothies after nine . It's sad cuz they have in the menu .. hope they can do better soon it takes me 20 minutes to come here when i comes . I guess it might bey foul but I ask what time they stop making the smoothies lady told me they didn have a specific time to stop. .

Closes at 10 but you have employees closing up 30 to 40 minutes early? Might wanna put that online so ppl don't waste their time driving to this location.

The ice cream here is just so amazing and delicious! It is a bit pricey but overall very good and refreshing! Definitely recommend if you are in the area!
