I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Their hours clearly indicate they are open until 11 PM on Saturday nights, and even the phone message backs this up. However, when I arrived at 10 PM, an employee actually shooed me away. The way I was treated made me feel as if I were a stray dog. I'm shocked by the poor customer service at this location. I wouldn’t even think about returning, even if I had a free coupon.
I visited this restaurant looking for a birthday cake for my daughter on short notice. Unfortunately, they didn't have the cake she wanted, but David went out of his way to assist me! He took my number and called me back within an hour to assure me that my daughter would have her cake in time for her special day. The service was outstanding! Thank you so much!
I absolutely adore Cold Stone Creamery! It’s the only place where I can enjoy ice cream without feeling unwell, as I've been lactose intolerant since I was born. My favorite treat is their sundae mix-ins. I'm thrilled that there’s now a location near me, especially since I used to have to travel all the way to Seal Beach to satisfy my ice cream cravings!
I went into this location looking for a cake for my daughter?s birthday. It was very last minute and they didn?t have the cake she wanted. David went above and beyond! I passed by this restaurant for five years without stopping, and I'm so glad I finally decided to check it out. The coffee and pastries were outstanding, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Everything looked delicious, and I will definitely return!
