I wish I could give 0 stars. The last two times we've been here, we had to wait for 30 minutes to order our ice cream. Now I wouldn't wait for them to have the order right. The last two times we were there, we both ordered the same size (love it) and one of us ended with the same size each time. We paid for the bigger size, but got the smaller ones. The last time we got the problem right away and addressed it. The man behind the counter tried to tell us that we were given to love it sizes and held a cup to fit. Could he tell you he was so big that there was the wrong size????? Did he tell us? I just grabbed a cup to get the line down... what a pathetic way to run a business. Didn?t offer to...

When I stood with my mask. A lady went in without a mask. 2 employees basically attacked questions asking if there was a problem. She said yes and she couldn't wear a mask. As we know well-known mask mandates, they end up with medical conditions! If it's their policy to wear a mask, that's good. She's not embarrassing someone in front of a busy crook of people! That's wrong! There are better ways to treat things. The mask mandates originally declared if they have to provide a curb service for those who cannot wear masks. Where was this effort done? The lady, unfortunately, rushed out in rage. Since when has a company been acting like this? Poor public relations!

We arrived at this location 40 minutes before it?s closing time which was 11PM yet they were already closed. It is very unprofessional to close before they?re closing time. We even checked there closing time online and even on their front door it says 11PM on Saturdays yet they were close at 10:20 PM. Not to mention that we drove 25 minutes to get at this location. Very disappointing.NEVER AT COLD STONE AGAIN

Some children waste food. Every time I pay for the mix and throw away most of them. It's really bad. These children are not focused. So often they give me false taste or false mixers. Mostly I don't like when they throw away food instead of in the cups we pay for.

Hours online are not exactly. It is extremely disappointing to travel near 6 miles to get your favorite look just to find out that the store is closed 10 minutes ago. The hours at the store entrance are also not accurate. Something too easy to fix.
