Today was our first time in Coldstone, itvwas really busy, but we got super lucky and got the sweetest employee her name was Nicole I believe. She was helping me decide over the tons of combinations of flavors and she super patient with my younger kids. She made us a gotta have it size ice cream and it was so freaking delicious OMG... She made them look so cute and did such a great job. There were soo many customers but she had a great way of making us feel special and didn 't not rush us. It is a beautiful location at the start of the seal beach pier. There really isn't anything special about cold stone. Sure they have that different mixing style of adding in the toppings but the quality is just not there. Not to mention my ice cream came already a bit melted and mushier cause of the way they mix in the toppings. Waited like 15 minutes to order and it's just not worth it for mediocre ice cream I could get at the grocery store. The only thing this place has is the location.

very disappointed by the service tonight. we went in while the load was still open, but no one recognized us and when they finally asked us what we wanted, we could not smooth or order ice with the mixins because they were closed. we had literally seen how they mix something for another customer before us. call and talk to a manager because it wasn't the same experience as we were tracking to others.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The service was incredibly friendly, and there were plenty of options to choose from. They even let us sample some aromas we were interested in. I tried the coconut yogurt, and it was delicious—just the right level of sweetness for me. The place has a few seats available both inside and outside, but I don't think there are any restrooms. It was way hotter inside then it was outside. By the time the guy handed me my ice cream it was already melted. He didn't even crush up the 2 tiny pieces of Kit Kats I paid $1 for but honestly I think he was just trying to put it in the cup before it completely melted. Run the ac if you're gonna charge $10 for a small cup or ice cream

On September 4, 2022, at 9:30 PM, we visited this place with a large group of 16 and ordered ice cream. The staff was incredibly organized and entertaining. I just want to commend them for doing such a fantastic job while maintaining a cheerful attitude!

Naira's behavior is incredibly rude and unacceptable. She shows a complete lack of respect for others' feelings and really needs to learn how to treat people properly. I find it difficult to support a business that has such poor management.

Went in tonight on a Saturday night and it was super busy. Still the service was fast and Maya who made our ice-cream was super sweet. Very friendly. The ice cream was tasty-recommend the mudpie mojo. Will come again. Reserva una mesa ahora
