I'm giving this location 2 stars only because I like cold stone's ice cream. It's delicious. However, what's not delicious was the staffs attitude. We went with 2 other people, 4 in total, and waited at least 30min. During that time we were stared at by the staff blatantly. A staff member also tried to walk directly through me. When we were finally making our ice cream, my S/O made theirs first and was waiting for me to make mine so we could pay together. I was skipped over in the line so I waited. One young employee, a blonde teenager, took her sweet time and treated the customers ahead of me poorly, giving them dirty looks. When someone tried to walk in behind me, she even threw them out. When it was finally my turn to order, I was told by a miserable-looking blonde girl that they were closed at 8:58 PM and wouldn't serve me. It was ridiculous. The other employee, a skinny young man with short dreadlocks wearing a hat, was no help either and clearly agreed with his coworker.

My boyfriend and I arrived around 8:45 PM, along with another woman who was by herself. We waited outside because there were too many people inside, but at 8:50 PM, two staff members came out to inform us that they were closed. It was disappointing that they couldn't take the time to come out themselves and tell us. According to Google, your closing time is 9:00 PM, so this felt really unfair, especially since there were only two parties waiting, and it was just 10 minutes before closing. We believe businesses should serve customers until their stated closing time, similar to other ice cream shops in the area. Went here to get a small cheesecake shake. They had a puddle on the floor infront of the ice cream chest which I slipped in, they had Extremely slow service, then I got my shake I took a sip before I even left the store and it was SOUR I told the two girls that I think the milk they used was bad, they told me “no that’s how the cheesecake tastes” I said no it doesn’t… then they sniffed the milk and literally gagged… it was CHUNKY… I got a refund and I will never be going back I’m disgusted

The staff is consistently friendly, and the establishment is always clean. There's plenty of parking available, making it a great place to visit in the summer, as well as throughout the year for any occasion.
I really love to take my grandchildren here, as the ice is delicious, but the outer cleanliness is very disturbing, the landscape building is terrible! Overgrown weeds and flowers, lots of garbage, etc. That makes Holbrook creepy.
