Unfortunately, I've been planning an order for three days with my kids, and my entire ice cream delivery was missing, along with a waffle bowl. The coordination between Uber Eats and the service from Cold Stone is just disappointing. I spent $60, and Uber only credited me $14, plus an additional $10 after I spoke with someone. I'm recovering from COVID and don’t feel like going out, so if I paid for a service to be delivered, why didn’t it happen? I visited this store today and was surprised to find it completely empty. After waiting for 15 minutes, someone finally showed up. However, I couldn't tell if he actually worked there since he didn't have on a visible badge or apron. When I inquired about waffle cones, he mentioned that they only had chocolate, which I found hard to believe. Maybe he just didn’t want to make any more cones—I'm not sure! I really hope this isn't a regular issue; perhaps it was just an off day for them. Unfortunately, overall, this experience was disappointing. I usually love Coldstone, but this visit did not meet my expectations.
I had ordered a tall dark and delicious ice cream cake for my wife about 4 days ago. I asked for them to write something on the cake I had ordered. When I got there to pick up the cake turns out they never prepared it. It had no writing and on top of that they asked me if I wanted in the cake. Turns out they were out of the writing frosting. So basically I have to go to safeway and buy it and do it myself only because management at this location was to lazy to buy supplies and attend a paying customers needs. Thanks for the extra work to make my wife's birthday nice.

I had a terrible experience with customer service from a server named Isabella. When I asked for a particular topping, she told me it wasn't available, even though it was clearly in a jar right next to the other toppings (as shown in the picture I provided). She bluntly said, "Oh, that's just for display." Instead, she handed me some Nestle Crunch Bar pieces from the display area. I suspect she gave me old toppings just to be sarcastic, and my ice cream ended up tasting like cardboard. I will definitely not return to this location!
This Cold Stone location is fantastic when they're open, but please note they close at 9:30 PM every day of the week. Although Google Maps shows their weekend hours as 11 PM, I attempted to correct this information twice, but my edits were rejected, even after providing a photo of their posted hours. So just a heads up: they close promptly at 9:30 PM on Fridays and Saturdays as well.
The restaurant offers good food, as you would expect from a well-known franchise. However, the interior is not very comfortable or spacious for dining. The location isn't ideal for much besides the local umbrella shop or for people heading to or from the cinema. On the positive side, the service was friendly and efficient.
I work for Uber delivery. I was told that the order is not ready yet. I waited inside for 10 minutes. All the workers are playing phones, then it turned out that my order had been ready for a long time and was lying in the refrigerator. inattentive workers , irresponsible .04/19/22

My favorite restaurant is Cadet Stone Layer! I usually visit once a week, and the staff are always very friendly. It's always a great experience!
Still one the best ice cream spots the city . Love the options they offer but don't forget about their ice cream cake .
