I had a party where I served both lunch dinner. Lunch was the Gourmet sandwiches. These were truly gourmet and not your run of the mill deli sandwiches. A later delivery for dinner was from the Bistro menu. Everyone could not stop raving about how delicious all the food was. Finally, everyone I spoke to at Coliseum was helpful and friendly. A special thanks to Melissa who personally oversaw and was at the delivery of each meal. She even had the chef create a special salmon dish with mushrooms because I told her my family loves mushrooms! I cannot praise them enough and would highly recommend them for any catering needs.
They do quite a business. Breakfast was ok. Cheese Omelet pretty boring, home fried good. Can't sub or even buy one pancake. Large order of French toast reported to be good. Coffee good. Lunch took a little while but Fat Shrimp bowl was actually pretty good. Iced coffee is real. Kids burger good. They were out of Boars Head maple honey turkey. Blazing Turkey Deluxe also reported to be done nicely.
Great spot for take out. Nice staff, very clean. Lots of choices. All types of foods. Hot buffet. Burgers, sandwiches, wings, burritos, Acai Bowl, sushi....all good! Will be going back many times on my way to work. I say go check it out. They have a massive catering menu as well for events and such.
We frequent this restaurant daily for their delicious chopped salads. Chris prepares our salads each day and we absolutely adore her! She always makes them exactly to our liking, and if we happen to forget an ingredient, she is always willing to accommodate us.

The food is amazing and so are the employees. I would absolutely recommend the coliseum to anyone especially for catering as well. Everything is always fantastic!
