Went there on a Friday night, restaurant was about two thirds full. Had to wait 5 minutes at the reception desk during which time a waitress told us we had to wait for someone else to check our booking and show us to a table. We then waited 15 minutes for the drinks order to be taken. Drinks arrived another 10 minutes later. The food order was taken when the drinks were delivered. The food was served in another 10 minutes which I thought was reasonable. Beers, imported and local, and wines by the glass are all about $9, main meals around $25. Visited as we received a 50% off offer so ventured out to Paddington to try something new. The restaurant has convenient parking underneath the building off the side street. Good ambiance, very good service. Pizza was very tasty but a little bit thin on topping even for the real Italian style which we are familiar with and enjoy. The linguine marinara was delicious and perfectly done. It is good to have real Italian restaurants spreading out to the suburbs and we would probably visit again. A little bit pricy for the pizzas for just an any weekday evening meal though. Would expect pizzas to be more around $18 - $20.
First thing I was impressed with was the service I received from the beautiful lady. She had an amazing smile and certainly lots of experience. The food was also nice especially the Gnocchi main. The only thing that I wish to be improved was that my entree which was arancini and the main had almost the same sauce and garnish and I also wish there was a little gap before sending the main meal rather than sending it within 10 seconds of clearing the entree. Other than those couple of things, I am overall very happy to find this place and I will definitely be back to try something else.
This was our first time to visit Colle Rosso ... and I really enjoyed it !Absolutely loved our antipasto with cured meats , cheeses , vegetables crumbed green olives were delish although the mustard sauce I felt didn't go and would have liked aoli .The restaurant is big , clean service was good considering it was busy .I would like to see abit more to cater for Gluten free , vegan , dairy free even though there are some options in the meals menu , there's nothing in the dessert menu .The Pizzas are proper Italian pizzas less is best very flavoursome and I was happy with them .

Ordered the gnocchi with pesto but it was entree sized so ordered a Sarda pizza which I’m very glad I did. It had a thin crunchy base and was evenly spread with tomato base, delicious pork belly, caramelised onion. Highly recommend their pizza which are the best I’ve had, but would not recommend the gnocchi which I would have preferred in a milder cheese sauce since it’s house made. Pesto is usually used at restaurants which use the packet rubbery gnocchi. Will come back for pizza and to try their tiramisu.
Had the pork belly stuffed with pistachio and mash potato which was medium sized and very nicely cooked. Bit pricey but delicious. The pistachio icecream unfortunately tasted nothing like pistachio icecream, but was almond flavoured. Good place to come for pizza. Service was quite good.

My seafood pasta was good, my friend's lasagna was not good though. No flavor, without seasoning. Good service and nice atmosphere.
