Horrible, absolutely horrific staff knew nothing to do they didn’t know to take the orders there are to prepare it we wanted a coffee knock cherry and a tea glazed exotic fruit they served us a coffee cream and an iced tea peached it took 25 minutes knowing that the lady didn’t absolutely know what to do it didn’t know how to use the whipped ice machine, its colleague didn’t know to take the right orders
What an unpleasant surprise when you get home. We ordered 2 pieces of apple cake, a cookie with hazel chocolate on it and 2 chocolate cakes. We had an apple cake, 2 doonut set and a normal cookie. By insisting on the seller, did you put the two in black chocolate??? And we said yes... inadmissible. So of course, we're not coming back

I ordered two Chaï latte to take away yesterday, first the people are mistaken in the order which makes us wait longer. And secondly milk was not even good, resulting in two food poisoning, impossible to eat in the evening itself. To flee absolutely.
We often come to buy products from you even if we don’t live next to you, always very good and very pleasant staff especially the lady with the blonde hair that has cashed us today!
Hygiene to see dealer not very kind. Product half-cased !!!! floor that sticks to the floor dirty table ! A shame to flee!!!!!!! Go to Flunch’s clean!!!
