I believe the staff could benefit from a refresher course on taking and processing orders. After using the drive-thru, I had to go inside to ask for missing items from my order. While I was at the counter, three other customers approached for the same reason. The manager handled the situation well—she was professional and accommodating. However, it shouldn't be her responsibility to deal with these issues in the first place. The staff should be trained to listen carefully, repeat the order for confirmation, and double-check that everything is included in the bag or on the tray before handing it over. The directions to the restaurant were straightforward and easy to follow. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food; everything was fresh and served hot, with each dish priced at just $6.59. Parking is free, but keep in mind that the entrance is not accessible for individuals with disabilities. You have the option to dine in or use the drive-thru. High chairs are available for young children, and the restaurant has five tables for indoor dining. However, there isn’t a soda station—once you place your order, you select your drink. There's also free music playing in the background. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience!
The food is always okay. But, the customer service is entirely lacking. The speaker sometimes cuts in and out and my fiancee couldn't understand what the order taker was saying because the speaker kept cutting out, so he politely explained to her that he couldn't understand her, and this worker responds in the rudest tone that you can use with a customer. I used to work fast food, I know how exhausting it can be, but that doesn't give you the right to take it out on customers that haven't done anything to you. This isn't the first timean employee of this establishment couldn't keep their attitude in check. Do better, I'm begging.
The food is quite decent for what it is. I was initially frustrated to find lettuce, tomato, and mayo on my burger, but I realized it was my mistake for not noticing that it was the Steak Style option. The shakes are tasty, but the flavor and consistency can be inconsistent. Sometimes they have a light taste, while other times they are very intense. Occasionally, you can enjoy them with just a straw, and at other times, you need a heavy-duty spoon. Overall, it’s a decent place.

It was late, and with my husband out of work and all the shops closed, we found ourselves with very few options. Thankfully, Coout was the only place still open, and they really came to our rescue. The food was tasty, and the staff managed our order for a family of five smoothly and courteously. We will probably be back in the future. By the way, the white cheddar cheese was especially delicious!
I love cooking, but I hadn’t visited this restaurant much until this past year. Recently, my friends and I have been dining together as a group of four, and the total cost for all of us is similar to what one person would spend at a sit-down restaurant. The food is delicious, and there’s a great selection of options on the menu.
I was served hotdogs that were overcooked to the point of falling apart in my hands. The quesadilla had no sauce at all, and the corndog was cold and chewy from sitting out for too long. As someone who works in the same industry, I would NEVER serve food like that to anyone. I wouldn't even offer it to my dog.
The food was disappointing (with the exception of the ice cream, fries, and cheese bites). The service was acceptable, but the establishment itself was not clean.
