The burgers are just like when you throw a family gathering and unc is on the grill. No lie! We ordered a few things but will only get the burgers, cheese fries and a shake next time. Just giving 4 stars because the customer service was personable or inviting. We felt rushed and didn?t get help even when we told her this was our first time there. Not a big deal to us because she wasn?t rude or anything but that?s the reason for the 4 stars.
We eat at Cookout a fair amount and at a lot of different locations. We usually have a pretty good sized order and this time was no different. This particular location had a good staff of young men that went above and beyond to make sure that they got the order correct and that we had everything we needed. We ordered 7 different cookout trays and they got them all right. Kudos to all these guys for doing a great job.
The people working tonight were on a roll. The drive thru line normally takes forever to get through but tonight was extremely fast. Food was good hot and fast. Not much else you can ask for with a fast food restaurant.

If I could give a 1000 stars I would. 1st time visit since we live out of state. It was so good. The person at the counter was so nice hope to visit again!
