Simply put, this restaurant is fresh, friendly, and offers great value. Tony and Jess are incredibly friendly, even staying past closing time to make me a delicious coffee two days in a row. Rydges is now my go-to spot when I'm in Mackay.

I recently was in Mackay for a work trip and had the most delicious (and huge) chicken and salad wrap. Wonderful customer service from the younger lady working behind the counter. Highly recommend

Delicious! All meals are made fresh and once the friendly staff member told me they make thier own cheese I had to try the lasagne..the spinach tasted so fresh and the whole dish was yum
